Performance without words of Yegor Druzhinin
“Life is everywhere” is a parable played without a single word, because everything is clear in this story: there are fifteen single women for six free men, everyone is looking for a couple, everyone interferes with each other ... The most recognizable and incendiary songs of Goran Bregovic to the famous films of E. Kusturica and P. Chereau, they fuse with the melodies of Romanian and Gypsy big bands, such as Fanfare Cioсarlia, in this performance, intertwined with the music of the Belgian gypsy guitar master Django Reinhardt.
“Life is everywhere” is not a musical, although music plays continuously in it. This is not a dramatic performance, but it is occupied by drama artists. This is not ballet or pantomime, such performances say that the main star in it is the performance itself, but in this particular case the personality of the author is no less important. “Ever since Druzhinin appeared in the musical“ Chicago ”, it immediately became clear: this is an ideal, natural synthetic actor. The second gift of Druzhinin is the ability to extend his "secret knowledge" to others. In a word, this is a must see! ”(“ Poster ”).
The heroes of the play are well known to us. It is we ourselves: sad, funny, funny, serious, ridiculous, strange. When we strive for something, achieve something, we live. The place where our heroes live is called “Life”, it is lost somewhere in Eastern Europe. The time of the action, too, was lost somewhere between the 1940s and the 1960s, although it is not difficult to imagine something similar now. 21 actor on the same stage, using only body language, will tell 21 stories - about meetings and partings, about expectations and deceived dreams.
