“Where are my 17 years old? “At the Bolshoi Karetny!” - it was there from 1949 to 1955. lived Vladimir Vysotsky. This and other songs of the cult actor, singer and poet will be included in the January program. The theme, style and manner of performance of Vysotsky markedly differed from the songs of most other, “intelligent” bards; perhaps that is why he himself did not consider himself a “bardic” movement.
It is difficult to find sides of life that he would not touch upon in his work. These are ballads and love lyrics, satirical and political songs, fairy tale songs, monologue songs, performance songs. His performance “on tear”, with an increased emphasis not only on vowels, but also on consonants, intensified the acuteness and whipiness, penetrating content.
In a concert dedicated to Vladimir Vysotsky, participants in the art project “Songs of Our Century” will do everything possible so that the audience can feel the strongest magic of Vysotsky’s work.
