Pushkin's creativity is immense. The founder of the modern Russian literary language, to which all genres have obeyed - from the epigram to the novel, at the same time, he is a truly national poet. Not only because his poems are familiar to everyone from childhood, but also because many of Pushkin's works were written under the influence of folk art. Everything served as a source of inspiration for the great poet - epics and fables, lyrical, wedding, military, historical, prison, dance and round dance songs, fairy tales and fortune-telling. And, in turn, many of his poems, images and themes, having fallen into the traditional environment, began to rightfully be considered folk. From direct quotes, plot and genre parallels, impressions from seen rituals and heard songs, and fairy tales - to stylization of folklore texts - this is the palette of Pushkin's connections with folk art. Interest in his poetry continues to this day. The works of Alexander Sergeevich are always modern. And each new generation of composers discovers Pushkin for themselves and for the audience in a new way.
