Monologues are awesome - I several times lost myself in that I hovered! A VOCAL! IN FOUR LANGUAGES! TAKE MY MOST HOT OVATION !!!

Review

Against the war, writers, poets and playwrights of all times and peoples, who directly, indirectly, did not approve of mass bloodshed. There were also those for whom war is a special, in many ways central, theme of creativity.

Brecht's plays are about war. On the protracted madness of military operations, about the internecine massacre, about the fact that war, by drop, deprives a man of his strength and turns him into either a subhuman or a nonhuman person.

Mixing the excerpts from the Brecht plays into one great potpourri, collecting his famous zangas in one cheerful concert, one can see how loud is the anti-war appeal of the great humanist: "War is insanity."
