Songs of the 30s, 40s and 50s. The Soviet, Italian, American — those that sounded from old loudspeakers, were sung in the dugout before the battle in low tones, thundered on the festive May streets, were picked up by the family at a large family table. Military and camp, sad and funny, about love and about friendship. These songs were loved by our parents, our grandparents, and we seem to know them from birth, this is part of our genetic code. But this performance is not just a memory. The songs of Isaac Dunaevsky, Dmitry Pokrass, Nikita Bogoslovsky, Boris Mokrousov, Mark Fradkin gain new life in the new arrangement, performed by singers and musicians of the new generation - and it becomes clear that these melodies have no shelf life.
