The idea of creating a musical performance based on A.S. Pushkin was born to Mark Rozovsky in the mid-80s of the last century, when he worked on the production of the musical "Poor Lisa." However, the director managed to realize his intention only after three decades ... The co-author of the musical performance was the long-time associate M. Rozovsky, one of the main melodists of the Soviet and Russian cinema Maxim Dunaevsky. Their creative union was born back in the time of the legendary theater studio of the Moscow State University "Our Home", one of the leaders of which was M. Rozovsky. The result of co-creation was, in particular, the famous musical performance "Three Musketeers" and the television feature film "D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers" created on its basis.
