Our performance is an attempt to see Chekhov's texts, as if they were written today, written by the author who knows us well. Do some "surgery" of Chekhov's characters and see what has changed inside us over the past hundred years.

"12 novels about love" are life sketches, in which, of course, the characters of Chekhov's plays and the characters that are often found in our life today are guessed. This is the "anatomy of relations," where love is side by side with jealousy, betrayal and other human manifestations.

Headphones hanging from the collar. Luminous screen of an open laptop. The book was read halfway. Here everything, every detail lives and breathes. The words of the song speak of the last meeting. The unwritten text of the message hints at a future meeting. The chosen story makes you plunge into the experiences of the past. And everything says about one thing - about love.

How many varieties of love? Here you utter the word love, and before you there is a specific image. Love for your soul mate, love for children, love for your parents. Love to the Motherland and its city. Or not to his. But still love. Love is passionate, tender love, love is dangerous, forbidden and even deadly. Love has a thousand faces. There are as many people as there are people on earth.

And this is a topic that everyone talks about and thinks about. Each of the nearly seven billion people on Earth.

A string of stories that follow one another gives a full perspective of love. In its pristine, purest form. As it is in life. The funny goes after the sad, and the romance immediately after the cynicism.

It seems to be doing the same thing ... but in fact? For example, going to the store. She admires the dress with admiration. Only for him. He really wants to like him. And he goes to the store behind the revolver. She really wants to kill her lover.

Sometimes we get sick with each other. There are no drugs. And we will fever for the rest of our lives. Until we die.
