The performance was based on the play by the famous Canadian playwright Norma Foster. The action takes place in a country cottage of one couple, to which another couple comes to the weekend - their old friends. It would seem that there is everything for a wonderful weekend, but over time it turns out that old friends are not friends at all, and even when friendship is built on lies and hypocrisy, absurd and very funny situations simply cannot be avoided
This is a comedy story performed by a brilliant cast, where for two hours sincerity and lies, love and intolerance, humor and tears, ambition and fear of changing something go side by side. And at some point it may seem that the author, in two acts, decided to ridicule all existing human vices. Theater critic Walter Lerning once wrote: “If it’s true that laughter is the best medicine, then Norm Foster is the best Canadian supplier of this medicine!”
