Review

One of the greatest rock operas in the world repertoire has been successfully performed at the Stas Namin Theater for more than ten years. To date, this production - the closest in its sound to the author's version of Jesus Christ Superstar, released on the plate in 1970.

The director's interpretation of the play was created in accordance with the Christian traditions of the canonical plot. "Jesus Christ Superstar" in the production of the theater is the first of the world's productions of the legendary rock opera, which was allowed by the authorities of Jerusalem to be shown on the scenic stages of the city.
