Children's play on the book of the Dutch writer.

"Bird" - a fairy tale about a little girl with wings instead of hands. Parents who have found a baby in the forest try to raise her as an ordinary child, to hide her peculiarities from those around her. However, the nature of Birds is stronger, and one day it flies away from her family. Mom and Dad, hotly loved by a unique daughter, go in search of her.

The creators of the play by Joke van Leeuwen “Pip!” Ask the viewer a difficult question: what is a child to be different? And show the brightest answer to it. On the stage, the magical nature of the Bird will be embodied in the image of a beautiful doll, which will be controlled by all the heroes of the story, and the musical and dramatic action in the soundtrack will be performed by graduates of the CDR laboratory “Acoustic Reading”.

Taisiya Kanygina - director, actress. Graduated from the RATI-GITIS, pop faculty, workshop VB Garkalina, 2014. He works at the junction of dramatic and musical art, is the author of the musical show “The Soundtrack of a Big City”, as well as the director of children's performances: “Chuchuber and the City of Lost Things”, “Tales of Coms”. Since 2018, the director of the film project # STIKHOZ. Participant in the laboratory of the Central Acoustic Reading Center 2019.

Joke Van Leuven - writer, illustrator. Repeatedly received various literary awards, including the Golden Owl, was also nominated for the Anderson Award. According to the book “Pip!” A feature film was shot that was included in the program of the 2010 Berlin International Film Festival. The writer's works are translated into English, French, German, Danish and other languages.
