We are happy to believe that the life and happiness of others depend on our goodwill, on the movement of our hearts. The play "Ivanov" overturns this performance. Love only annoys, but does not console this person, entangled in himself. Finding an exit is doomed to failure ... Ivanov is a play about misunderstanding. Ivanov speaks about this at the very beginning of the play to Lvov: "I can not understand myself. I do not understand either people or myself ...
