Scenes and arias from operas by Russian and foreign composers
The inauguration of the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Singing Center in Moscow in 2002 can rightfully be called a unique event in the history of musical life in modern Russia. Here, singers with professional musical education undergo an internship in the specialty of "opera artist": they prepare parts from the world opera repertoire, work with the best teachers of vocal art, accompanists, conductors, directors, teachers of stage movement and dance, acting, foreign languages. The preparation process for participating in an opera performance is long, very careful and creative.
In the cycle of daytime concerts at the Opera Singing Center, which began in February 2019, the audience gets the opportunity to touch the result of such work. The audience will be offered arias, ensembles and scenes from operas, many of which are repertoire for the Center.
The piano part will be performed by the laureate of international competitions Svetlana Chernova.
