Once upon a time, in ancient times, there lived a Grandfather and a Baba, and they had neither children nor grandchildren, only a tender Kitten. They grieved for a long time, and decided to help Kotik, he brought the magic snow, and they dazzled himself from his granddaughter - the Snow Maiden - a beauty, a clever girl, with a kind heart and a wonderful gift that makes her unlike anybody. Long or shortly, the spring changed the winter, Snow Maiden grew in front of her eyes and dressed for the joy of Grandfather and Babka, helped with housework, her gift used only for good, the animals and birds loved her. The spring was replaced by a hot summer, and a drought came - everything in nature was exhausted by thirst. The villagers from the very beginning disliked the Snow Maiden for not being like anyone else, and accused her of witchcraft. Can Snegurochka justify himself and save the village from drought? This performance without words will tell adults and children about the mysterious Russian soul, about the change of seasons, folk rites and holidays, about the beauty and identity of the all-embracing Russian culture harmoniously uniting East and West, paganism and Christianity.
