There are capacious words and phrases, for which the whole world immediately rises. Like, for example, “Ave Maria”. Some people will see stained glass windows, someone will hear organ sounds and a beautiful voice, and something completely unspeakable to someone. And all this will be at a concert in the Cathedral on the Little Georgian. The singer from Austria, Termina Scheffer, and the titular organist of the cathedral, Marina Omelchenko, will perform the best melodies ever created for the words of the prayer addressed to the Most Holy Virgin.
Speakers: Marina Omelchenko (organ) Term Schaeffer (Soprano, Austria)
In a programme: I. Pachelbel, I. S. Bach, G. F. Handel, J. B. Pergolesi, V. A. Mozart, F. Liszt, F. Schubert, S. Gounod, and others.
