Maria Ivanova for BigBilet TV

Producer Maria Ivanova talked about how she organized the first festival of Russian cinema in Lebanon "5 years in 5 days." The event took place this week in Beirut. In the largest cinemas, viewers could watch the most vivid and unusual films of recent years. Films were shown in Russian with subtitles in Arabic and English. Guests of the festival were able to see the blockbuster "Icebreaker", which was released in Russia only last week. The festival's audience included both local residents and citizens of other countries residing in Lebanon. Numerous guests have got a unique opportunity to get acquainted with Russian culture, discovering modern Russian cinema.

How the New Art Theater lives

If our cultural observer Julia Nagornaya did not spend so much time on social networks, then perhaps she would never have known about the existence of the New Art Theater in Moscow.
