The name of the heroine Helen Keller, the first deaf and blind writer and artist of the XIX century, has long become a national pride of the United States, and the very history of teaching a hopelessly sick girl is a sensation and a legend about which books are even written.

On the basis of historical fact, the playwright created a deeply touching, funny and piercing play about the relationship between the Teacher and the Disciple, the struggle for the awakening of the mind and the resurrection of the human soul, the struggle for personality, which hides in the absurd, miserable and wretched, at first - unhappy and highly eccentric creature .

A lot of unexpected psychological turns, comedic and dramatic situations make the "family history of the Keller house" acute, explosive and incredibly fascinating.
