This made sure the heroes of the English tale about poor Dick and his cat Molly (she's luck). This production is a wonderful proof of the fact that it is not necessary to “hunt” popular performances and spend a lot of money to get an aesthetic pleasure and to introduce children not only to good acting, but also to beautiful songs and music, which was written specifically for of this performance. Scenography of the play is simple, but it does not interfere with the perception of the plot, the audience immediately becomes aware of where the events take place: in the royal chambers, on a ship or a distant island. The plot of the play is dedicated to the adventures of a young man who has no work, a noble family and patrons, but there is a kind and devoted heart. Perhaps that is why the choice of Lady Luck fell on him and after a fateful meeting with a cat his life turned into turns. And what! Get a great job, meet and love the princess, go on a journey to distant shores and become a real hero there. Among all this, of course, there were also machinations, but it all ended in a natural happy ending. The game of actors made a wonderful impression on us with my daughter, but the heroine of Cats especially remembered. I would call this role the most difficult in the performance and the most successfully played. Bravo!

“ We recently watched a children's musical performance from the theater "The Commonwealth of Actors" with children. I would even call this performance a musical - there is so much music and songs in it. "Dick the dreamer and his cat" - a good tale of faith in his dream. This thought runs like a thread through the whole performance. Dick is a good-natured guy, only he had no luck in his life, and no one even took him to work. Until a black cat met him on the way, and then everything changed - Dick found work and love and even wealth. There are a lot of music and songs in the performance, the plot is dynamic, it is interesting for children to watch, so the age of 6+ can even be slightly overestimated. There are almost no scenery on the stage, but the performance is not bad without scenery either. I liked acting. Playing animals on the stage is a difficult task, but here the image of the cat turned out to be exactly the way it should be, and the cat only says "meow" and "meow", and you understand everything that she wanted to say)) Dick disposes of herself from the first minutes, You sympathize with him and empathize, and then you rejoice at how well everything worked out. Life-affirming performances are a wonderful thing!
