Story

According to the tale of Vadim Shefner

The action of the play takes place in pre-war Leningrad. The life of an ordinary boy is a confluence of circumstances that, at first glance, make him a loser, but ultimately lead to fateful meetings, turning points, desperate actions and the first adult decisions ... "A happy loser" is a retrospection about a happy childhood and the world, filled with truly magical power of first love and sincere friendship ... Reckless youth, dancing and songs create an atmosphere of a real holiday! And only an unexpected ending, like a flash of lightning, represents the whole story in a completely different light and reminds of the pain that the war brought.

This is a story about the true values of being. This is the life story of not only the main character, but also a whole generation of pre-war years.
