The play is an etude composition based on the novel by B. Vakhtin. The desire to introduce the audience to the poetic world of Vakhtin's prose, to find the atmosphere that was related to the author led the creators of the play to the form of sketches, scenic sketches that are extremely conditional and open to the audience's perception. The search for intonation, the fine line between the conventionality and the authenticity of the experience, was the main thing in this work. In the unusual workshop space of the Workshop, it was important to recreate the special imaginative structure of the story, in which real life, fantasy, dream are combined, where a cow, a well with a crane and a scarecrow act, and the main characters are the River, the Earth, and the Village. "... And about an absolutely happy village - it's not a story or a poem, it's just a song ... And this war broke into this song ..."

“ Not bad, although the excitement around this production is incomprehensible. The first third of the performance completely disliked, it was more interesting to look at the faces of the audience (most of the faces read "dear mother, and where I got ..."). Then they seemed to take a closer look - it was even interesting. That they went, in principle, did not regret, but only because tickets were offered by friends at face value. Register for years in the queue or buy from bribes for crazy money - perhaps this is for connoisseurs who are really versed on a professional level. For a simple viewer - rather put a daw, "I was there," at least according to the reaction of the bulk of this impression.
