The merry play of the American comedian Ken Ludwig "The Divas" (in the English version of "Leading Ladies") brings us back to the heyday of the Broadway comedy.
It seems that there is not a single tried and tested comedy that the author would not use in this work. The only thing that the "Primadonna" lacked in the opinion of the authors of the play was the equally cheerful vocal-dancing numbers that would bring the performance closer to the musical genre. Once, Ken Ludwig wrote lyubretto musical "Crazy for you", the structure of which included the songs of George Gershwin. The makers of "Primadonna" decided to follow the same path, having entered into the fabric of the performance popular vocal numbers from the world repertoire.
If you come to the theater to enjoy and laugh with all your heart, and also get pleasure from the inspired acting, this performance is what you need. There are no pompous scenery, historical costumes, a serious dramatic conflict - but there are overflowing excitement of young artists who enjoy the game.
