Who are these people who came to arrest Josef K.? Is all that is happening to him from now on - just a theatrical performance? Or all these elegant costumes, gestures, poses, maxims - seriously, and the matter, gaining momentum, will end with the execution of the main character?

Who, how, why, why began this strange judicial "process"? Nothing is clear, the accusations, the logic of the process are not clear to Joseph K: for which he was convicted, he is not explained.

There are many more questions than answers. Almost all of them remain unclear. The only thing that is ripening - the feeling is not even despair, but simply humility. Strange and painful in his obedience acceptance of what is happening - and will happen in the finals.
