This performance is not as ordinary as it might seem in the beginning. After all, his colorful, native and close to us canvas of narrative consists of short sketches.

Here they are, pieces of the mosaic - with music, with dances, with colored kerchiefs thrown over shoulders, with a swirlingly twirled mustache. And after all, each of the stories is real, alive, but looking to us today through the shroud of days gone by.

How she looks at us from the pages of Shukshin's works. From simple conversations of his characters, from the coloring that surrounds their ordinary at first glance life and simple feelings, available to everyone, if he so desires.

And yet these ordinary people came to us from a different time, the time of which we today almost do not remember anything and only know from the stories of our loved ones, those who managed to catch this "bright Soviet past".
